Any VSG people on here?

I got a gastric sleeve on June 9th... I am finding out that my dr wasn't informative and gave me all the info I needed. Weight coming off very slow for all I got done. Just wanting to know someone who is going thru the same thing and can maybe give me more pointers that is accurate info. Like just now finding out no drinking 30 min before 60 min after. No bread or rice for first 6mo. Which was never told to me. I am in process looking for a new dr. But until then... here I am searching for truths!

Welcome! We have a lot of members here who have had VSG or other weight-loss surgeries.
