Multi Point BI Body Comp Testing

I have seen this referred to here on occasion but I don't know much about it. The small warehouse gym I go to (mostly an MMA gym with free weights) offers it for only $10 and I'm scheduled to get it done on Saturday. If I recall correctly, I thought I remember seeing that it is reasonable accurate but not nearly so much as Dexa or Hydrostatic? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

It depends.
Some of the multi point systems are as good or better than DEXA. Some are no better than a home scale.1 -
Thanks for the input. The data they showed me from other scans was very detailed by body area. I was fairly impressed but have a certain level of skepticism about these methods.0
