Lighten up your meatloaf!

Ok-so I LOVE good meatloaf but it's not the healthiest thing for us to eat- so now I do this....
I make a standard meatloaf with a mix 1/2 lean ground beef and 1/2 ground turkey
then I add grated carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, peppers (and quite a lot)-this cuts down calories-provides some fiber-stretches amount of meatloaf and is really tasty!
I figure I could also do this with meatballs-
