I'm on a heart healthy diet plan, low sodium, low refined sugars.0

I try to simply balance my day out, no special diet. I lift weights so I up my protien, but my meals are fairly normal. Other than I can't have dairy.

I usually cook supper and have a lot of variety. My diary is open. If you see something -- either a list of ingredients or a named recipe you wonder about, give me a holler. Cooking is my hobby so I'm pleased to share.0
