    Well I started doing Intermittent fasting and have seen great results, I'm kicking it up a notch by trying keto for 2 weeks. Let's see how it plays out.
    I think by the end of September I should already reach my goal weight and October I'll be starting a clean bulk of everything goes right

    I am very close to my goal, but have gotten close before and then gained a little. I need to firmly plant myself into maintenance and hope to do so by slowing down my loss rate to 1 pound per month in this challenge. If it goes faster, then I would like to lose this challenge as way to stay accountable for maintaining at my goal weight, if that is o.k.
