44yr old crossfit

Reading the threads just wondering what sort of age groups you are all at. I'm pretty good at logging and maintaining macros whilst eating mostly clean but gaining muscle is a battle. I'm at 15% bf and 87kg looking to get to around 85kg but not lose any of the lean muscle I have. Macros are set at 40/30/30 C/P/F. I train 5-6 days 1-3hrs combination crossfit and strength split into 2-3 workouts. My strength numbers are good for my age but want to add another 5-10% to my olly lifts and squats. Any advice appreciated
