Post c section

So I always thought that C-sections as an excuse to have belly bulge was a cop out. Fast forward to baby number six via C-section in 2015 and baby number seven by repeat C-section in 2016. Nine months post C-section I am nearly back to my prepregnancy weight and doing the same Abdominal work that I have done before with continued bulging in the lower abdomen. I have looked online for specific exercises to target C-section bellies but was wondering if anyone had any success with any specific program designed for this problem?

    Have you checked for diastasis recti? That would make traditional ab work not work for you.
