Omelettes/frittata
Steak/meat or seafood & vegies/salad.
Yoghurt with protein powder
Protein pancakes/waffles.
... Just increase whatever element contributes to the protein content. Or add protein (eg chicken or egg in salads). Choose higher protein options (eg quinoa instead of rice)0 -
Google high protein foods and incorporate them into your plan. That's how I learned.
Basically it's animal products, and then vegetables and whole grains also have protein - some more than others.1 -

Fajita Omelette
1 egg
6 T. egg whites
1/2 c. spinach
Fill with 1/2 c. Perdue Smart Cuts Fajita chicken, 1/8 c. shredded taco cheese, 2 T. salsa, 1/8 c. diced red onion and green pepper
Cajun Turkey Wrap
1 Flat Out Italian Flatbread
4 slices Boar's Head Cajun Turkey
6 T. egg whites
1/2 c. spinach
1/2 T. light mayo
1 slice American or Provolone cheese
Proats
1 package Instant Oatmeal (I prefer peaches & cream or maple)
1 scoop protein of your choice

Also, more simple options include a meal of rotisserie chicken, 1/2 c. cottage cheese and a bag of steamed edamame (sprinkle with salt and garlic powder). If you're a coffee fan, trying getting a caramel macchiato but bring a bottle protein shake to replace the milk/syrup. I like Oh Yeah Vanilla - gets you 32 P | 3 C | 1 S all for a simple 200 calories.0
