    Omelettes/frittata
    Steak/meat or seafood & vegies/salad.
    Yoghurt with protein powder
    Protein pancakes/waffles.

... Just increase whatever element contributes to the protein content. Or add protein (eg chicken or egg in salads). Choose higher protein options (eg quinoa instead of rice)

Google high protein foods and incorporate them into your plan. That's how I learned.

Basically it's animal products, and then vegetables and whole grains also have protein - some more than others.

Also, more simple options include a meal of rotisserie chicken, 1/2 c. cottage cheese and a bag of steamed edamame (sprinkle with salt and garlic powder). If you're a coffee fan, trying getting a caramel macchiato but bring a bottle protein shake to replace the milk/syrup. I like Oh Yeah Vanilla - gets you 32 P | 3 C | 1 S all for a simple 200 calories.
