Anyone make egg frittata's?

Does anyone make egg frittata's or the egg muffins and freeze them. Do you take them out the night before or do you reheat them right from frozen.

I usually take them out and let them thaw on my counter for a few minutes before re-heating. They thaw very quickly. Sometimes they are still slightly frozen when I heat them.
