Anyone have success stories with drinking 3 tablespoons of organic vinegar ? I started drinking it with a cup of water and so far it makes my stomach feel funny .. just wondering if it's worth it in the end

No weight loss benefits whatsoever. I've gone through periods of drinking it (for reasons unrelated to weight loss) and periods of not drinking it, while I was losing weight.
Adding/subtracting the ACV made absolutely no difference in weight loss rate.
Some say it affects appetite/cravings for them; it didn't for me.1 -
It doesn't do anything...it's a crock of horse *kitten*...2

I love the taste of it. I don't put 3T in, but I like a dash of it in a glass of water. It's refreshing. I am not aware of any weight loss benefits.1

Success for what? If you mean weight loss, vinegar has no effect on how much weight you lose.
It can also strip the enamel off your teeth and does a number on some people's stomachs.2 -
Read all the threads on apple cider vinegar. The same things apply. For some folks, a spoonful helps with indigestion for others it makes indigestion worse. Most uses are for flavoring. Otherwise, whatever leads you to believe it has magical qualities is hokum.1

I like to chop fresh mint and mix it with CV for a salad dressing. For weight loss I use calorie deficit CV does not effect weight loss.2

I'll be it feels funny. I'm impressed that you could keep it down. ::sick::2 -
If you want to chug down that revolting, disgusting face contorting concoction, then that's up to you. But just know, that it will not help with weight loss. Been there, done that.. And now, just the smell of vinegar gives me stomach turning flashbacks1

I was drinking it just to flavor my water and then I learned the health claims might not just be "woo" but that drinking vinegar might actually be harmful. So I stopped. I like the taste of vinegar and use it liberally in dressings and in recipes though.1
