New to this weight loss expirence

Good morning all! I'm new to the group & id like to share my story.. My name is Skye and I'm 23 with 2 kids. After my first child I lost ALL of my baby weight. Losing weight was never a problem for me. I ate like crap.. never worked out and had an ok body.. well 7 years later I had my second child.. thinking I'd lose the weight super easy like last time. I was 115 when I first found out I was pregnant.. gained around 25 pounds through out.. Well 8 months after having my second child I'm the heaviest I've ever been at 137.. looking at my body makes me so depressed. I recently bought a YEAR membership at crunch fitness. It's just really hard to stay consistent.. and motivate myself to get up and go. Also I'm having a hard time changing my eating habits.. I feel like once I started " dieting " I wanted more food and more sweets. So it has been such a long struggle. I just want to feel confident and comfortable again. Here are post pregnancy pics and after.. any meal recommendations or workout recommendations are welcome! I'll take anything

    Just have a partner that do a diet or sport with you. I do the diet with my mother after being under cortisone treatment. And I'm doing for one year HITT each two month because I don't have much time to do workouts.

    Try the slow carb diet with kettle bell swings. I have a few ideas that should help.
