My low carb day is only 41 grams of carbs. I have no idea how I'm going to do this. Any suggestions of ideas.

    It requires meals of green vegetables, dressings, cheese, nuts, and meats. I think the hardest meal will be breakfast, where you will eat eggs, nuts, and cheese.

    PS If you don't end up liking ULC, you don't have to do it to lose weight. You just need to keep your net calories negative.
