I have 123 days logging in, diary filled out for each day. I eat a lot of junk food, and am really struggling to cut way back on that. I love to interact and offer support as well.

It's hard to break bad habits. Just like smoking. Although a little junk is ok. Just don't eat an entire bag of candy to yourself followed by a bag of chips and a soda LoL. Don't ever feel guilty for having a piece of cake at a party etc. That can cause binge junking or starving etc. I was a daily meal skipper. Basically didn't matter what I ate because when I finally did my body was in starvation mode and going to hold onto whatever it was. Anyway. Cutting out bad junk habits have to be replaced with healthy snacking and/or sweet treat replacements. If you find you snack a lot it's possibly because your meals are not satisfying your hungry girl. Maybe not high enough in protein. Or if you're a "bored" snacker you have to find things to keep you busy.0
