    You look much thinner for 190lbs!! You look about 153lbs. I am 5'8" and I have a picture of me at August (weight 160 lbs). And I look much heavier than you bpdgxex3t53y.jpg

    I wish I'd had the nerve to take "before" pictures. I can finally see the results of my hard work, but I regret not having pictures in my underwear so I could evaluate how far I've really come.

    Yay for tall girls!

    One of my biggest regrets is not having one true before photo. I would take pics and delete because I was so disgusted that I let myself get that heavy.

    The one I use as my "before and after" pic I was already well into weight loss and was kicking butt. It doesn't represent how I truly used to look.

    To make matters worse I rarely took pics at my heaviest and when I did I would hide behind people or things like my bag.

    So good for you for taking such good before pics and good luck!
