So I joined MFP 7 years ago and got to my goal weight of 130lbs. Fast forward 7 years with some major further education and family relationship trauma and I'm devastated to be almost back where I started.

Unfortunately, this happens to a lot of people. As they say in my yoga class, "Not to judge, but to learn."

You don't say exactly, but you haven't gained it all back. So here's my usual response to folks in your circumstances.

Congrats on the loss. Keep going.

Last- you're not devastated. Weight loss is a skill set. It's problem solving, over and over again. But it takes focus and concentration. Sounds like your attention was diverted. You can do this. Do it in a way that it sticks. Slow and steady wins the race.
