Push Up Alternative

So after doing push ups all day last week my wrist is now SUPER sprained feeling (going to the dr's next week)

What exercise can I do to replace push ups in my routine that aren't so strenuous on my wrists?

    Try doing push-ups on your fists. It looks badass but it's not as hard as it seems.

    Once your wrist feels better, focus on spreading the palms and putting more weight on the part of the palm that is closer to your fingers, not the part close to your wrist.

    If you have dumbbells, you can do push ups by gripping the dumbbells on the floor and doing them that way, helps me when I hurt my wrists.
