Weight loss plateau

I've been working on losing baby weight, but am still 5lbs away. I was doing well with losing about 1lb every 10 days or so, but now I've hit a plateau the last 3 weeks. I know I should mix things up with my workout but I'm limited to running on a treadmill for 30-45min. I do about 3-4 mile runs, three times a week. I'm trying to do intervals vs sustained longer workouts to surprise my body, but I'm still stuck. With the workouts, I net average 1350 calories a day. (I've tried getting by on 1200 calories a day and just can't do it, so I depend on workouts for deficits.) I'm very petite (5 ft, 110lbs) so I don't have much leeway on calories. Any suggestions? Should I keep trying to eat less, work out more? Or has my body adjusted to this weight and this is as good as it gets? I've read blogs about lowered metabolism and your body adjusting to workouts so that it's futile to keep doing the same exercise. I'm so close to my goal but I'm getting discouraged. Feel free to see my open diary.

Weight loss slows down as you get lighter, and you may retain water from exercise, in addition to the normal day-to-day fluctuations and maybe through your monthly cycle. You can't shock your body into weight loss, but you can tighten up your logging: Weigh everything, double check entries, log everything in the exact amounts and don't leave anything out.
