Protein shakes

Hi folks, I am looking for a protein shake that is 100% pure whey protein isolate, no more than 125 calories when prepared, and has about 20g protein and 5 carbs per serving. Is anyone able to help x

    Dymatize ISO 100

    Pricey but good.

    Most fit that specification.... Perhaps get some samples to try and see what you like best.

    Before investing in an entire tub, I recommend you get some sample/single serving packets. Some brands mix better than others (becomes very obvious when you use just a Shaker bottle). Some flavors taste better than others, even the same flavor in different brands can taste incredibly different. Go look up reviews on quality (not necessarily taste) for a few and see if you can order the single serve packets or find them in stores.
