I'm Back........ AGAIN

I have been away for quite some time, but I am back and ready to get my weight under control! While I was away sadly I gained the 30lbs back that I lost. While away I tried a couple different things, low carb (under 30) that was not my favorite! I also tried weight watchers (had a free trial) this is a good program but I do better with MFP! I am not back to my exercise routine yet, I broke 4 bones on the top of my foot in May and just got the boot off a couple days ago. I should have been exercising my upper body and arms while my foot was broke, but I made excuses. I am planning on staying to workout my upper body and arms this week, if you knows any good exercises to do at home without putting weight on my foot let me know. I am so ready to get rid of this weight, I have about 100lbs to lose maybe a little more. I am looking for not friends that can help keep me motivated (and I, you) we can do this together!

    Feel free to add me if you like! I have 100 plus to lose as well and I find the more support and motivation I have the easier it is to stick with it!
