Hey everyone, I'm Alaina. New to this MFP community thing. I've been using MFP for a long time and I love it! I just started the keto diet recently and I'm really beginning to enjoy it. I've lost about 4 lbs so far and my jeans are starting to get a little baggy. The second week was awful for me. I had symptoms of the keto flu and I actually thought I was dying because they were so bad. After the second week things got better and now I'm feeling great!

Howdy Alaina! I started keto Aug 3rd and have lost 21 lbs so far. It is an amazing way to eat without feeling hungry most of the time. Good luck! I'm in the low carber daily group as well!1
