Started Keto August 8th for something new.

Hey everyone, I'm Alaina. New to this MFP community thing. I've been using MFP for a long time and I love it! I just started the keto diet recently and I'm really beginning to enjoy it. I've lost about 4 lbs so far and my jeans are starting to get a little baggy. The second week was awful for me. I had symptoms of the keto flu and I actually thought I was dying because they were so bad. After the second week things got better and now I'm feeling great!
