Mind over matter

So I realize you can push yourself and exercise you mind that YOU can achieve your goals and what you want to accomplish with your body. I honestly tell myself "shut up and just do it!!! I have to be my own drill Sargent lol. I also tell myself and imagine how I will feel after working out which is why I force my self to workout. So yeah I know you guys might think easier said then done... but if you keep telling yourself you can and you will do it you will get use to it . Just exercise your mind to think positive and honestly ... slowly you will accomplish your workout , eating clean and feeling awesome!!!
