Starting NROL4W today, has anyone else completed it?

I know this has been around for a while, but it is new to me.

I bought the book last week and finished it last night. Reason being that when I have no purpose I tend to run in circles. I haven't had a training plan that I could stick to and actually follow. I have been training a little of this and a little of that while running 4 miles every other day. While I have had great results on my own, I have hit a plateau the last few weeks. No changes in measurements or weight. I tried training isolated muscle groups on certain days and didn't like that at all. I prefer larger movements and love squats etc. So figured this program would be a good fit.

I am starting stage 1 today and cant wait to get to the gym after work. Anyone else tried this? Opinion? Rants? Critics? Let me hear it.
