    I have been there! I did great and then "got busy" and lost my focus. Gained it all back and am starting back up again. I tried to look at where it went bad and am trying to set myself up for success this time.
    1- I am setting more realistic goals and trying to practice patience
    2- I have scheduled in gym time into my schedule. If I am going to have to miss for some reason I reschedule it I don't skip.
    3- I have done a lot of research on nutrition and how different foods affect our body. I feel more informed this time around. Last time it was just about depriving my body. This time it is about eating for my health ( or that's my goal).

    I am happy to be your "friend". I need all the support I can get and am happy to cheer others on.

    Yes that sounds positive. I set an unrealistic goal of perfection last time. I was consuming too much whey protein as well so this time I'm only having one scoop per day coupled with healthy food. Yes that would be great thank you x
