Looking for support and tired of yo-yoing I know I have lost my body weight in going up and down and need a group to keep me accountable. I also know I need to eat more to up my metabolism but also cut on after noon eating. Would this be a good group or do you ave a suggestion for a good one to join. I do have a Fitbit and access to Advocare and Melaleuca products.

Being consistent with logging long term will help with the yo-yo-ing. Log to get to your goal, then continue to log during maintenance.
Why do you think there's something wrong with your metabolism? Meal timing and frequency is largely irrelevant, and it's your total calories that determine results, not when you eat. Many people eat most of their calories in the evening with no issues losing - they just make sure what they are eating fits their calorie goal.4 -

Hi all I am 51 and have lost 42 some before MFP 16 and 16 here a few years back I am trying to recommit to supporting others so that I can have the support I need in this life long journey. I hope everyone is feeling the support.
September goals are:
10 day plus plank challenge 6
21 day plus yoga challenge 6

Focus on lower belly fat loss
Advocare 10 day challenge
Uplifted spirit and personal growth 6
