Does anyone know how many calories, carbs, fat and protein daily a female is supposed to have?

    for keto <50g of carbs. 75g of protein is probably enough. Fat to satiety. Calories are the outcome. 1400-1500 is typical.

    MFP's setup knows how many calories you are supposed to have to lose, maintain or gain weight. Don't you trust MFP and yourself? Then what CAN you trust? The hardest part isn't to figure out how much of anything you're "supposed" to have - it can be confusing, because of too much, and bad, information - the hardest part is to stick to a diet based on bad information. How to eat to make sticking to an appropriate calorie goal as easy as possible, is individual. So YOU have to figure out how to distribute those calories. I have a goal of a minimum of 1 gram of fat and protein per gram of body weight at normal weight, and fill up the rest of my calories with whatever. In theory. In practice I go for "five a day", a fatty protein source and vegetables for every meal, variety, and spreading out foods to make all meals balanced, tasty and delicious.
