Looking for friends

Doing this for almost 2 weeks and have not lost a pound. I am under calorie goal almost everyday. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be amazing

    I have noticed that I have to track my calories and exercise before I start seeing results. I use an Apple Watch and MFP to track both, but most fitness trackers should work.

    Stay on track with your food and exercise. I only weigh once a week on Friday mornings when I get up.
