I used MFP a while ago but just rejoined. I have 3.5 kg to lose to reach my goal. I have learnt that lesson, and will just keep logging once my goal is reached. This will be the additional change I will make.
Good luck with reaching your goals whatever they are. People will give advice, take from it what works for you.
