Hi. I'm currently on day 3 of this new journey. I am a shift worker so the last 2 days have been hard to log what I've eaten but it's fun and I think I'm gonna go far but I do have negative tendencies so I would really appreciate to make some new friends and form a support network to get through this journey. I will gladly encourage and motivate any one. Please feel free to add me.
