Quit WW for the 100th time

Well, it's back to basics. Sort of. Quit WW 10 days ago and tracked everything that went in my mouth since then. I went nuts. I'm at my full term pregnancy weight but my kids are 5 and 3, with no more to come. Started low carb for the 100th time today. Still counting calories. Not making the mistake of going too low carb this time. No more Keto for me, gives me severe heart palpitations. Just need some support. I'm so fu**ing fat right now, I hate it!

You can do it though, you have the desire. To be honest it sounds to me that you keep giving up on diets and the limitations or the stresses of working out suns etc. How about just focusing on calorie control, look for the variants of the items you want but with the lower calorie intake and just make sure what you want fits within your calorie allowance.1
