I created a diet that worked to burn off my tummy tire.
Stop the strength work outs and start some cardio!
Reduce your sugar in take! And eat mainly vegetables!

I wonder what the black teas does.
You do however burn more, calories per time allotted, with cardio0 -
I want to be able to get up off the floor without help when I'm 85 so I'm gonna stick with my strength training thanks.4

None of that worked for me... I strength train, very little cardio, eat sugar and no black tea. So I'ma keep doing what I'm doing..4
