Trying again, again...

Got to try and get things going again. I started using the food diary again today and I'm heading over to Planet fitness to sign back up again. I know my problem is my motivation. Today I've only eaten 800 calories, it isn't the eating part, but the activity part. Maybe I'll sign up for these 5k fundraisers again. Last time didn't help because I couldn't get the donations in and that just defeated me for that.

    I've benefited from 5k motivation before. I choose to sign up for the low cost events, anything under $30. I decide to pay out of my pocket to help a charity/fundraising that I personally support. This helps me with discipline to a training regimen and having intrinsic motivation to attend the race.
