Nomnomnom zucchini
So this is what I had for lunch today, just thought I'd share because I'm off work today and a lil bored lol. I took a small zucchini, sliced it, brushed it with a lil olive oil, lil sea salt, italian herb seasoning, topped it with the giant brand 4 cheese blend, some cut up tomato and baked it 375 degrees for 15 minutes...

I didn't check out the exact calories but it was a small zucchini, 1/4 cup cheese blend, sprinkle of salt, sprinkle of the herbs, half of one small tomato, and i lightly brushed the zucchinis with the oil. It was delicious :]
