How often do you weigh yourself ?

Daily, naked and after using the bathroom, FTW!1

Every day, first thing in the morning. I only record weekly on MFP, though - weigh in day is Saturday. It's not unusual for my weight to fluctuate 2-3 pounds from day to day. When I would weigh myself only once a week and was up on that day, I would get discouraged. With weighing daily, I can understand that it is only a normal fluctuation and don't get discouraged.1

Daily.. first thing in the morning and I use a weight trending app.
What app do you like? I have a fitbit with a scale so probably that is sufficient. I am new here, but think that if I do not start the daily weigh in I will not get to know my body as well as I could. I have more mental trouble logging my food as I have never done that. I think I can weight myself daily without duress. I have 20 to lose.
I use this scale.. It syncs to MFP. I use Garmin and MFP syncs back to Garmin. The trending app I use is for PC called weightgrapher.com, I do most of MFP stuff on PC. Depending Iphone or Android there is Happy Scale, Libra and more out there that work well.

Doing this daily helps me monitor the day to day fluctuations a great deal of this is due to being female (I will be 49 this Saturday) and all the hormonal fluctuations which are huge for myself as well. I in no way use my scale weight as an indicator of success of failure, just use it as one tool to use as a guage.1 -
The scale is like a torture device to me so I force myself to do it once a week...lol1

I weigh in every morning, right when I wake up after I go pee. I have been lucky enough to see the numbers go down every week a few times a week, but I never look at the scale more than once a day.1

Daily. First thing in the morning. It just helps me know if I did well the day before or not.1

Daily! It keeps me in focus ☺ I've lost 4 stone got to target but decided I need to lose another stone and I'll be happy lol.0

I weigh myself every morning before eating anything. Yet I only record it once a week.1

Once a week on a pharmacy scale that tallies with my gym scale. I cannot do it more often as I tend to get very hung up on the numbers so fluctuations would drive me nuts.0

Like so many things regarding fitness and nutrition, if you ask 100 people the same question then you will get 100 different answers!
It all depends on what works for you. If you are one who tends to be influenced by the number on the scale, then maybe weighing yourself every day is not the best idea - for you. If, however, you can handle to fluctuations that you are likely to see, then everyday might be the best idea - for you.
I weigh myself every day, on the same scale, at the same time (right after I wake up and go to the bathroom). That tends to be the same time every day (give or take five minutes). I then take the daily average for the week and use that as my 'comparison weight'. I repeat the same thing for the next week and then compare the daily average from last week against the daily average from this week.0 -
I weigh myself every day and record in MFP when I see a loss.
This system gives me the benefit of lots of data, which I would prefer to have even if it shows I'm gaining weight, and it also reinforces that the fluctuations I see day to day aren't "real" because they don't get recorded.0 -
Every Friday morning after morning bathroom. It gives me a base of where I am and possibly if I need to be better accountable for the upcoming weekend and week. To me doing it on a Friday gives me motivation to stay on track over weeeknd and if the scale didn't budge it makes me want to do it even better over the weekend because CONSISTENCY AND DETERMINATION is what will get us there and keep us there and all the reasons why we are doing this!!!1
