I have a target o loosing 2lbs a week, but would settle for 1.5 lbs. I weighed myself the Monday of last week, and this Monday, and I think I'm loosing 3 to 4 lbs a week, so I'd like to increase my calorie intake to 1,750/2000 calories per day, with the intention of cutting this loss back a bit, at the moment it is set at 1500.

How do I do that? I seem to be burning to many calories

What are your stats? Height, current weight, goal weight, male/female? How long have you been at this, if it's only a week, you will probably find your weight slows down as the first week or so will mostly be water weight.

For example, if you are a tall male with a lot to lose, then yes, up your calories to 2000 and you will still lose. If you are female, and this is your first week, then you may find that just changing your diet has caused that 3-4 lbs of weight loss and 1500 would be correct for you as the weight loss will slow down dramatically after that first whoosh of water loss. Hard to advise really without more info.

What is stopping you eating more?
1500 is the minimum for a male but why aim to eat the minimum amount?
