Hi anyone have any tips for Vegan weight loss switched from Vegetarian about 10 months ago. Now on a 6 month mission to shift about 20kg

Vegans lose weight the same way as everyone else... By being in a calorie deficit. Weigh and measure everything you eat and drink, log accurately to meet your calorie goal. I'd aim for at least 0.8g per lb of body weight for protein - you may need to carefully plan your diet to get this requirement.1
