Starting a personal challenge, on which anyone is free to join. I am going to do 100 sit ups every day for 30 days. My gut is huge and I want to strengthen and slim it a bit. Day 1 is Monday, labor day.

It's also worth noting I have 70 more pounds to lose and am on a challenge to lose 20 of it by thanksgiving0
