Store bought gravy

I guess this is kinda funny to me anyway. Ever since I learned how to make gravy I haven't bought a store bought one in a few years. But I've been feeling lazy and bought a jar of Heinz Chicken gravy.

I pour it out and it was all gelatin. It really grossed me out. My gravy doesn't look like that even when cold.
