Hi .. So I was a fairly active member 2 years ago - Going from 117Kg to 73Kg in space of 11 months, lots of running, HIIT, spin, Bootcamps etc .. when I got there I actually decided that it wasn't for me and I wanted to pursue weights a bit more with the intention of competing.. Changed PT came off my nutrition plan, found out I have osteoarthritis pretty much everywhere.. physios, sports therapists, consultants, PTs all eventually getting me back on my feet again 2017 changed coaches and took on a mighty PL coach, finally tweaked my lifts and managed 2 competitions this year, plan now is to get some of the weight off ( I gained about 27Kg back !! ) and qualify in my federation next year for at least the British Champs .. looking for like minded people to rob recipe ideas from, chat nutrient timings etc ..
