Hello! Happy September! I've been an inconsistent member for some time and have 40 pounds to lose. Autumn's crisp, cool weather and return to routines always motivates me to get back to or started with projects and plans. Seems I'm always a great cheerleader for others but can't take my own advise and stay motivated when it comes to diet and exercise. And so I'm interested in joining a group that will help me stay on track and make progress. How do I find and join a group? Am hoping for a women's 50+ group to take me under their wing! - Karen

  • Hey Karen-I'm an inconsistent weight watchers over 50 gal. Canceled my WW membership yesterday. I'm also a great encouragement to others and don't take my own advice. Like you, I need a cheerleader...and it's not my wine and cheese, meat and potatoes, pie eating, eat what you like, no health issues, love him as I do hubby :/ I would like (need) to drop 30-40 lbs for health reasons. Would love to loose 20 by Christmas. An over 50 gals group would be awesome! Who else is out there????? I'm new to online community support. Hopefully I've even posted properly. . .

Sounds like we have similar struggles and ambitions, scatterjoyfulness! Would love to be your cheerleader if you'll be mine. I think there's a way to add me as a friend and we can keep in touch without being in a group... I think I'd get lost in a group and use up a lot of time. What do you think?
