Compatable app for Samsung exercise

Hi. I hate manually entering my exercise onto this app. Does anyone know what app I can use that will automatically count my steps. I have SamsungS7 edge. My iPhone used to sync well. Any suggestions

    I use the pacer app to track my steps and to sync here.

    I use Pacer too. Syncing can do some weird things at times with exercise calories but it much easier than manually logging my walking.

    I think Samsung Health app will automatically add the steps to MFP.

    Its supposed to sync with MFP but I've found in the past it can take a few days for the sync to start working, if it even does start.
