Workouts I can do at work?

I tend to work a lot and pull a lot of doubles.
I usually work in a kitchen and would like ideas of small exercises I can do while I am back there.
It is very hot and so i would like exercises that are low impact. ( I don't wanna pass out from the heat which gets over 125° when on grill)
Side note: snack ideas also welcome.

Based on your description, I would think things like calf raises, squats, lunges would be your best option. I'm not sure how much room you have to actually work out, but I think those would be a good place to start. Of course, you could also walk/get in some extra steps.0

Marching, knee lifts. Bicep curls with a soup can or nothing at all. Stretching. Squats. Leg raises (front, back, side).0
