So, I'm not very good at whole meal prepping, opting to make lunch and dinner each night from whatever I bought that week.

But, I do snack prep!

It means I have a variety of snacks under 150 calories to throw in with my lunch or grab when I'm at home. I buy my groceries from either Whole Foods or Trader Joe's and then use a scale and snack bags to get prepping.

Right now I have...

(obviously, some of these stay in the fridge, but for the pic, I put them all together)

Sweet
Js Boom Chick A Pop Kettle Popcorn (14g, 70 cal)
Blackberries (100g, 43 cal)
Dried Mango (28g, 120 cal)
Pre-cut apples from Whole Foods (1 pack, 35 cal)
Peanut Butter for apple dipping (1 tbs, 95 cal)

Savory
Terra Exotic Harvest Chips (28g, 130 cal)
Carrots (3oz, 35 cal)
Eggplant and Roasted Pepper dip for carrot dipping (42g, 23 cal)

Going to snack prep my newest find...

Garlic Tyme baked crackers (28g, 100 cal)
Little Cheese Spread (1 pack, 40 cal)

I budget my calories for at least two snacks a day.

Anyone else snack prep? Any favorites?
