For breakfast I pretty much always have lots of fruit with coffee
For lunch I'll have some toast with more fruit or maybe a healthy sandwich
For dinner I'll eat whatever as long as it's not too many calories.
I really hate salad so I don't eat much of that lol

Beforehand, I ate 1,400 cals and just this month my goal was set to 1,300.

Must be the strength-balancing exercises from holding your plate at stomach level with your knee while trying to cut pieces with a fork and a knife. I have to agree that skin has better grip than clothes, but the eating pose feels to me like a choking hazard.1 -
