she might be a recovering compulsive overeater. all the vets that i know travel with their food scales and wont eat over even a fraction of an ounce just to stay in compliance4

Not something I would personally do, I eat out fairly frequently and seem to be a pretty good eyeballer as it hasn't affected losses but kudos to her. Which Hollywood star is it that would take a scale to awards ceremonies? I thought that was hilarious.2

If you want something truly "pocket size," try this one. I already have a kitchen scale but I needed one for a chemistry class that weighed in smaller increments. It's a great scale and now I use both in the kitchen. I have not gotten to the point of bringing one with me to restaurants.

@Kathryn247 Can you shoot a quick pic of your scale or share the model? I've never seen one that's flat and tiny enough to slip in a purse, but I want one and I want it NOW! Just call me Veruca.
This scale goes with me everywhere. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000O37TDO/ref=asc_df_B000O37TDO5156117/?tag=hyprod-20&creative=394997&creativeASIN=B000O37TDO&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167134584690&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14218052067713828119&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=t&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1017108&hvtargid=pla-275656662431

Didn't get that sense from our brief conversation. She weighed the burger patty but just measured out salad portions in her mug. But I guess ya never know!0 -
Said she was full so she stopped.
What a strange concept!1 -
Eat and loses?
No-no eats and gains wins!1
