New but not so new :)

Hello everyone, this is my second go around to try MyFitnessPal as I was unable to hold myself accountable to indicate what I ate or exercised. This time, I am fully committed to the process. My main vision is not so much about getting to a certain number on the scale (although that is a perk :) ), rather my goal is to live a healthier and sustainable life. I understand that I will fail at times, but I'll pick myself up and go at it again. Cheers to a new journey.
