What does "Gno" mean in these games we play in the message board.

I often see on threads "Would you w/e with this person"

And yes, no.
Then I see "Gno"

Which... My brain goes "GOD NO"
Which seems so insulting LOL but I imagine that's not what it actually means, my guess would be "girl, no" meaning it's a straight female answering on another females picture.
But sometimes I see guys use it ( I guess 'guy no' works)

But regardless, everytime I see that my brain reads: GOD NO
and I think "how rude lmfao"

"Would you date the person above you?"
GOD NO!
