I'm Hawaii based but would love to add more friends. I recently had a bod pod test and the numbers opened my eyes. I knew I had a lot of body fat, but seeing the numbers...I knew I had to make a change. The test taker looked at me and said..."what do you need to do to fix this?" My response..."MOVE."
So whether you have a fitness routine or you're just starting to move, doing something is better than doing nothing. I'm trying to be as active as I can with Beachbody in the mornings, walks in the evenings, and keeping busy in between. Whatever it is to help you move more, keep doing it! And let me know what activities you enjoy that get you moving. Mahalo!

Whilst getting active is great, you'll have more luck focusing on what you're doing in the kitchen than the gym to reduce body fat.1

Absolutely agree. You can't lose what you don't put into your body. For me, personally, moving has been a struggle with four previous knee surgeries. But little by little, I'm seeing a difference with just moving more. But nutrition is key.1
