Losing weight too fast on Keto/IF

I broke my Keto diet for a day about a week ago. I went from 159--> 167.9. I started back and lost the eight pounds of water weight I'd gained, but now I've started intermittent fasting (20/4). Since then I've lost 3 pounds in one day and since then .6-1 pound a day consecutively (now 154.2--> 7 day transition from 167.9). It sounds like more water weight, but I thought most of that a drained when I restarted Keto. I started drinking 60-65oz a day and training at CG boot camp an hour a day. Any ideas why the weight is coming off so fast?

    1200-1500 before IF and 1200-300 with IF.

    Ignoring water weight fluctuations if you are losing eight too fast you aren't eating enough.

    If your IF method doesn't allow you to eat the appropriate amount of calories then it's not the right approach for you.

    Why such a restricted eating window?

    Add to that that you may be more accurate in your logging now - eat more.
