The Superhuman Diet Challenge

I am training for a big obstacle race in November called the Warrior Race and was wondering how I should eat to help me with my training. I found a diet called the Superhuman Diet on the eBook website Smashwords. It's based around improving your performance so I thought I would give it a try. I'm choosing the low carb version because my body is sensitive to glucose. Wish me luck, I have just less than three months before the race.
