Whats a good weekly goal?

Being 390Lbs and goal weight of 260 lbs, what would be a good weekly goal, 2lbs,1.5, or 1 lb?

For myself, I feel like just starting out and adjusting to eating less. The 1lb a week is the way to go. Focus on tracking all of your food. Eating less will get you a loss to start with anyway. Adjusting is hard, so taking is all that to 2lbs maybe be a bit aggressive.1

With over 100 lbs to lose, you could safely do 2 lbs per week if you wanted to. But for some people it's a good idea to ease into it. Do 1 lb for a couple of weeks and once you start to feel okay with that, bump it up if you'd like.

Definitely start out slow and do over do it. If you over do it and hurt yourself its a step backwards. 2 pounds a week is a great goal. Best of luck on your journey!!!1
